Terrible service

Altech Netstar Go just deducts money from your account without consent. <br> <br> It took me about a month to get refunded for about three monhts' instalments they deducted without my consent and then, two weeks after refunding me, they just continued with the deductions. <br> <br> It's almost impossible to get through to their call centre and they don't respond to any emails....I was holding on for about 20 minutes when I decided to hang up the phone. <br> <br>
