Terrible service

Got a call from Netstar after I had to complain here. Told them my issue, sent them supporting documents and the lady said that she'll look into it. A month later and no response. This is honestly the worst service I've ever gotten. This is how people's credits goes bad. So disappointed.

They reached out to me weeks ago and advised me that they will send me an email so that I may forward through information. I still have not received any mail and what's worse my credit is getting worse with every month that this continues. I am tired of this nonsense! I want this canceled right now!
