Terrible Netstar Cancellation Services

The service at Netstar is very bad when cancelling a contract. For a contract I cancel, I only received automated responses. Consultants over the phone tell you to send mails but theres no responses. Three months down the line you're owing them. No monthly statements or even tracking of payments are send by the collections. Its as if no one knows whats happening with anything just charging unnecessary fees.
