TERRIBLE customer service - Altech Netstar - Lady called Tazneen.

<p>To: Tazneen (Customer service rep at Altech Netstar)</p> <p> </p> <p>Tazneen, you are the worst / most unprofessional customer service rep I've ever dealt with.</p> <p>You simply would not shut up.</p> <p> </p> <p>When someone calls Altech hotline to find out why their panick button is not working then it is your job to BEQUIET & LISTEN, NOT TO TALK NON-STOP.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hasd to scream & tell you to shut up.!!</p> <p>What is wrong with you?</p> <p> </p> <p>I wil be calling your office tomorrow and speaking to your manager.</p> <p>In my opinion you must not deal with people..
