Terrible customer car from Netstar

I sold my Kia k2700 last year September to a family member. I gave them the option of taking over the Netstar car tracker installed in the bakkie. I then notified Netstar of this arrangement but no one followed up. I was therefore billed for the month of October and November 2022. After some back and forth with Netstar I then allowed one of their debit orders to go off my account but I also ensured that I get in contact with them to once again effect the account transfer.

Long story short, 8 months down the line, nothing has happened. My tracker contract has not been terminated nor the transfer effected. The silos structure if not pure incompetence of Netstar's different divisions, from the credit control, retention and cancellation divisions eventually led me to conclude that it's a hopeless company.

If they can't manage such a basic thing as facilitating a transfer or terminating a contract and still continue to make monthly payment demands for over 7 months, how then can they have the competence of recovering vehicles in such a sophisticated crime ridden society.

I'm at wits' end with Netstar. I've sent emails, I've been in over 5 calls with their various call centres, yet to date I'm still being harrased to pay for a tracker on a car that was sold over 7 months ago.

The risk of a bad credit name is now becoming a reality due to a lousy R117 monthly fee which I've been disputing and reversing from my bank account.
