terrible after sales customer service

we are trying to get my Netstar disconnected not in use for more than 5-6 years went to Pitstop in ring road Alberton believe to have left without any forwarding info phone Netstar hq *** spoke to Roshin gave me the branch supposevely closest to Alberton *** it just rings nobody answers the phones what does a client do to get some customer service?
