Terrible

<p>I joined altech nestar four years back for tracker device in my vehicle then last year later i upgrade my device again am not sure when was it. This year 18 March i was in a accident then my insurance write off my car, i called Altech Netstar informing them that i dont have a car anymore they must go remove the device in the car and close the account,the person who was assisting me she said they cant do that unless i paid a settlement amount befor they close the account then they were still deduction the money in my account then this month i bought another car i called them again to put the device in this car they refuse telling me about contract which i dont have even that contact i up untill today.</p>
