TAKE your Tracker out of my CAR

<p>I have never had issues with Netstar until i found out that they have handed my account to Nudebt ref: ND ********** 5 demanding an outstanding payment of R266.30. Prior to this, Their consultant (NUDebt) called me and we made an arrangement that in February to please debit this outstanding amount between the 24th or the 25th of February. I checked on my credit record today and said I had 2 defaults and one of them is this Netstar that handed me over - I find it so unecessary really and very irritated by them. Then i get a threat email from Nudebt today demanding the same amount in cash yet on my bank statement it shows - 24 February 2017 - NudebtNets ********** 5V 9Their ref on my statement) - R266.30 - amount debited from my account. then they have the NERVE to send me this email and I quote ...."</p> <p>Good day,P NXUMALO<br />Our Reference Number: ND ********** 5</p> <p>We have noticed you have disputed yourNetstar account and that you have failed to supply our offices with the relevant supporting documents. Please supply us with all relevant documentation failing which we will proceed to collect the amount outstanding.</p> <p>Additional costs incurred by us in pursuit of your outstanding debt will be loaded onto your account to cover possible costs we might incur, reminding you to submit the requested documentation.<br />Your conduct is tantamount to ***** and we reserve the right to lodge any ******** charges against you which is allowed by law. Therefore we demand immediate cash payment of %[Amount] into below mentioned bank account.</p> <p>Also note Trace alert will be activated on your account, urgently contact us on ********** . For clarification, credit providers will be informed should there be an application for credit.</p> <p>Your Outstanding Balance: R266.30 "</p> <p> </p> <p>Im NOT Impressed at the tone of this email. On that Note , I want NETSTAR to REMOVE their device from my CAR and want NOTHING to do with them </p>
