Worst company to deal with , please do not go for this tracking company , I called them yesterday to track my car they could not pick up the location , the agent did not even know what to do or say , she called me back and gave me a wrong location then logged a ticket without even telling me that they cannot pick up my location, I pressed the panic button its not working , I spoke to a supervisor who kept interrupting me and did not get my point he just wanted to send out a technician for something that was replaced 6 months ago and I was charged for it and no one informed me that I will be invoiced...worst tracking company now they tell me I will be charged 1.7 should I cancel for a service that they can't provide me with
