Tag not working -No attention given to it since 5 days of reporting.

I am not happy with the customer service i have received. Friday the 22nd I called in to report that my tag is not working -they did some test and wouldn't get any notifications on their side -The person assisting me confirmed that it is not working they will book a technician to come. I have since been waiting and i am wondering what if something bad happens and i am not able to report immediately. I have not received any call or message nothing.
