Susan van der Berg refusing to send me the point of sale recording

Susan van der Berg has been ignoring my emails regarding a netsar error by changing my debit date to an earlier date than when I get paid. That then led to unpaid debit orders and cancelation of my contract. I've been asking her to send me the record of the point where I took up the contract where I clearly stated when they should debit me and she's been ignoring my emails
