Their core service is genuinely good

However, their cancellation process is a complete mess and it seems that their systems are confusing for the consultants working for the company. Cancelling your policies with them is near impossible as you have to cancel each with each of their subsidiaries individually e.g netstar go. Their support process is slow and their support call centres take an average of 30-45 minutes to get through to a consultant. I have been attempting to cancel everything with them for a number of months now and despite assurances from various people within netstar that all of my policies with them have been cancelled and I am in a notice period of a month... this has happened multiple times I am still being debited monthly a sum of R95 for something arbitrary on a vehicle I no longer own.

Their support consultant has most recently contacted me telling me that I must wait for another notice period before the problem may be resolved... The conduct of this company is frustrating and intolerable.

Overall I would recommend anyone considering using this company for any fleet management or personal vehicle tracking to look at alternatives. The bottom-line is that they are *********** and do not care
