Subscription cancelled but still getting accounts

I have cancelled my subscription with Netstar in September, and received confirmation of cancellation on 3/9/2014 - where after cancellation penalties was deducted from my bank account on both vehicles. Since then I have tried to get statements as I have never received statements from Netstar from the inception of the subscription. In October the subscription was once again deducted and I contacted them to sort it out. I eventually got through to Enrico Neels in December and received confirmation once again of cancellation on 10/12/2014. Since then Netstar sends me statements on a monthly basis and on a monthly basis I confirm that this has been cancelled - but now I have been handed over to a debt recovery Company for the amount due??? How can I owe them if the contract is cancelled?????
