Submited several queries. no feedback/ assistance

I scheduled a relocation of my tracking unit from my old car to my new car bought in March. I ask them to change the detail of my tracking unit to reflect my new car's correct odometer reading as is still reflects my old card reading and affecting my odometer SARS Log book. after nearly 1 month of emails queries and phone calls nothing done to resolve a very simple request.
