STRUGGLE TO JOIN
It is extremely bad that insurance insist on people to have a tracking device in their vehicle. I have been struggling 3 days to get assistance on joining at Altech Netstar. I spoke several times to a person named Michael and he said several times a guy called Nicholas will call me (Sales Department). I have been waiting for his call for ages and when calling the call centre if asked to be put me through to him, his line is always busy!!!!
Looks like they don't care to help new clients....
