Struggle to cancel contract

All I can say is that people should stay away from Netstar. They have the WORST customer service ever. I have been a loyal customer for 3 years and they still milk me dry to cancel my contract. Absolute nonsense: Phoned call centre four times. Got put through to retentions line the first three times. Call dropped every single time. Then when I complained the call centre person could suddenly take the call. Almost as if they are trying to discourage you by sending you form pillar to post and dropping calls? Then to add insult to injury, I must now pay a "closure" amount. This after I paid already for this full month! This must be against the CPA! Please do not use this company ever!
