Stressing service

Their business is to rob people, I purchased a Toyota Aygo 2016 through We Buy Cars, financed by ABSA, under an offer-to-purchase agreement that included:

Vehicle tracking unit installation by Netstar

36 months' upfront payment to Netstar included in the financing deal

Despite this, Netstar has:

Denied receipt of the upfront payment

Refused to provide tracking service as agreed

********ly cancelled my service without proper cause

Referred me to legal representatives, as if I have defaulted on payments

This is extremely distressing, as I have already paid for the full service as part of my finance agreement. I have attempted to resolve this via customer service, but I have been met with no proper assistance or resolution.
