Stopped debit order keeps going off my account

I have a debit order that keeps going off my account for netstar despite me disputing and stopping it everytime. I can't get through to the finance department and customer care cannot help. I need the debit order to be reversed and please stop debitting my account! Can someone from finance please respond as I am spending just as much money on hold everytime I call and placed on hold!
