Stop calling me,i dont owe you,cancel my policy

I am sick and tired of netstar consultants calling my mother and I for R120 they claim I owe them. for the last two months nertstar has been deducting their money from my account. Inspite of this I have been receiving emails and phone calls telling me that my account is in arrears.<br> <br> From the commencement of my policy this year these people (netstar) have been giving me a headache. Im sick and tired of this company. when I call to cancel this policy I can not get assistance. this morning a guy named Eric Somlemze called me yet again about an overdue account for December when debit order date has not yet passed. <br> <br> when I told him I wanted to cancel he said he can not assist me with this, I told him I have tried to cancel but I never get to speak to a consultant and the phone is dropped while I wait.<br> <br> I am so over netstar. clearly they do not know the meaning of good customer services. I want nothing to do with these pple.
