Still waiting for refund

For 4 months now I've waiting for a refund of money that was wrongfully deducted from my account by Altech Netstar. Since May this year I have been emailing and speaking over the phone to sort this out up until July when i stopped receiving any replies to my mails. This is ridiculous especially seeing as though I called Netstar before the deduction happened to tell them that they were going to make a debit order in error as they had wrong details but they did nothing about it. This is how the staff operate in this company yet Im supposed to rely on them to track and recover my vehicle should it be ******.
