Still waiting for my tracking device installation

An agent called me on the 10th September and offered a tracking device package for my car and I was interested and agrees to sign for it, gave all my details including my banking details and he told me they would come and install the device on the 14th September and I will receive an sms and email confirming. no body came no sms and no email. Another agent called me on 14th and told me he will book for someone to come and install it on 15th, today is the 15th still no one came and no call from the company..Tell when will this device be installed? is this how you treat your customers take their banking details and not show up to do the service with a lot of ***** that is going on here in South Africa?? I need answers please!
