Still waiting for a year for Netstar to respond to my emails

<p>I have been battling for almost a year now for Altech netstar to assist with my complaints that I have sent via email. They have their firms contacting me constantly but never respond to any of my emails. Best of all trying to doing debit orders of an old bank account when I have informed them over a year ago that I have changed banks and all payments will by done via EFT based on the invoices sent. I am not happy to threaten me with lawyers when Altech is doing nothing from my side to give me any concrete proof of respod to me emails. How can you expect me to respond to lawyers sms'se and phone calls when you don't bother to assist me with me emails responds that have forwarded countles times.</p>
