Still, they can not perform

I have lodged a previous complaint that netstar does not supply me with monthly invoices or statements. I was PROMISED that they will appoint somebody to PERSONALLY send me my papers each month. Two guesses if they followed through on their promise? Nada. No. Hmmm-hmm.<br> <br> I am losing confidence in your ability to supply a service, if you can not even sort out and manage something as simple as monthly scheduled paperwork.<br> <br> I'll be shopping around for alternatives. You will definitely have to do something spectacular to keep me as a client....
