Still not resolved

Submitted a complaint last week regarding Netstar handing me to debt collectors. Their customer relations called me and said the matter were resolved. But it's not. Just got another sms stating my account's in bad standing. Please Netstar, pleeeease. Can we resolve this matter once and for all? Or tell me what the penalty is I'll have to pay to part ways with you and your product?<br> <br> Cause with my account fully paid up with, and I proved it to you and your dent collecters, this is an awful lot of admin I need to submit to clear my name with you, and still to no avail.
