Still nobody at work!!!
On 16 February I received feedback with a call from Chantell to say she would look into the account mess, Well today I call as I have not had ANY communication and feel that 2 weeks is ample time to sort out a simple account, only to hear Chantell does not work there any longer and last Friday was her last day. They say Pruvin is the person in charge BUT is Pruvin at work?????? nobody can find him!!!
