Still no service

Good day Wrighting again deu to no feedback from them they phoned me and said it is handed over to another department and still no response!i want my tracking unit installed in my new car or my contract cancelled as of next week.bad feedback bad service bad info.the ads say 119 pm i am paying over 300 a month and this is wat i get just after a few months i will be cancelling the debid order on my account by next week if i am not satisfied with the service!!!why am i paying for something i dont have!getting realy fed up with the help im getting from altec netstar.and would like to see the contract i am on.want to downgrade it or just cancel it !!will not recomend any one for this company!! Bad bad bad service!!!!how long does it take to look into a case?money you want but service you cant give!!!!!!would like to speak my mind but wont!thanx hello peter for your help with this problem.
