Still no outcome to my complain!!

I complained about Altech Netstar the beginning of Sept. they deduct money from my bank account even though I gave them a month's notice of my cancellation. Denise responded to my complain, only to say that they will investigate. Another guy called me and told me that I was wrong and that I needed to pay the subscription. I asked him to send me the policy document to confirm that but I never heard anything again from him or Denise. On 1 October, a MONTH after the complain, Denise called again to ask if the matter has been resolved. I told her that nothing happened AND that there was again money deducted from my bank account. She promised to come back to me. After a few call backs she said that there was a mistake on their side and that I will be refunded. I insisted that the money must be back in my bank account by Monday 5 October 2015. She called back and told me that it will take 3 days or I can go to the bank to reverse the payment. I told het that I will wait until Wednesday 7 October. Tuesday 6 October Rajan called and when I called back he was not available. I spoke to Denise on Wednesday and she promised that they will get back to me. I AM STILL WAITING. BE CAREFUL FOR THEM
