Still getting charged on a cancelled contract!!!!

<p>I keep getting sms's from netstar to pay an overdue account that should have been cancelled by them months ago! I can not get through to anybody at their call centre. I have sent numerous emails and nobody has gotten back to me. They still debit my account every month. Terrible customer service.</p>
