Still being charged for Cancelled Policy

I have cancelled my contract with Netstar as I have sold my vehicle. This was after having a contract with them on the vehicle for 8 years. I called in April 2025 to cancel the contract and was told all in order the contract is cancelled. I am still being charged monthly for this service and being handed over to for non payment. my account number is ***
