STAY SAFE, STAY AWAY!

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service, seemed to only be interested in money and not providing a service. The tracking device I had fitted was not even working. Their Whatsapp service is beyond useless because the computer does not recognize most responses. When I had to eventually call them, after 3 attempts of requesting them to call me via Whatsapp for the cancellation of my contract, they didn't even care about losing me as a customer, only in their double premium that was to be taken because of the 30 day advance notice to cancel. I do not recommend them ever! And the agent I spoke to was so arrogant...when I told her I'll be leaving a bad review of the company, she just rep**** "okay" with an "I don't care" tone.
