Stay far away from Netstar!!!

Worst service!!! My contract with Netstar ended in the beginning of the year. My last payment did not go through and was sent to Creditworx, they sent me payment details and I made the payment via Snapscan as I received insturctions to do this via sms from Creditworx. They have since harassed me, a different person phoning me everyday, me having to explain everything over and over again. Two people have asked me to send details of payment made as they for some reason don't see if on their system and I have not heard back form either one of them. Another amount of R224.40 was debited from my account at the beginning of July and this is not correct as I have cancelled my account in the beginning of the year! My email, and queries never get answered, I'v phoned Netstar and got confirmation that my account is cancelled so why the hell are you still debiting from my account!!!

Altech and Netstar are extremely ***********!!!
