Stay away from Altech Netstar

Altech Netstar came to check the unit in my car. Their technician stuffed up my car so completely, I had to have the car re programmed and the entire computer unit re fitted. They wiped out all the programs on the car's computer as well as completely stuffing up the anti theft device which also had to be replaced. All the repairs came from my pocket. Altech Netstar simply refused to accept any liability nor responsibility. They did not even bother to speak to their own client - instead I had to deal directly with their technician. Their service is shockingly bad.
