Started as malfunctioning device
It started in October 2015. I telephonically notified Netstar in Cape Town that I suspect that the \Sleuth"device in one of my vehicles may be malfunctioning because my car battery was being drained and the agents suggested that I get the tracking device checked because of previous similar reports.
