Spam Calls

I've been with Netstar since I bought my car and haven't experienced any issues until recently. I was informed they could not debit from my account and therefore made a manual payment to the account. To this day I'm still being called and asked about a payment that has already even cleared on your side. Your app is the worst, has no real time updates which serves no purpose. Please do better, cause I've enjoyed the service throughout the years.
