SOO ANNOYED

Recently upgraded my unit and since i have been getting random from *** from as early as 7am and when i answer is ladies chit chatting in zulu then hung up sometime it's annoying music then 5 seconds later call disconnected and when i call back no one knows who has been calling me i have bee getting these calls since last week everyday and i have been trying to sort it out today a guy in the customer service told me there is no supervisor to assist and instead of escalating the issue he just transferred me into the IVR i am so annoyed and i think you should come take your unit after all this experience today was worse i can tell this will not be resolved so rather come take your unit out of my car will go with Tracker. What kind of company can't pick up who's calling me and managers promises call backs and it doesn't happen.
