SOMEONE IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB

App**** for a vehicle in January @ VW Nelspruit. Was told a tracker was installed on the vehicle which i didn't own as yet at that point. Called to cancel the vehicle as i had my mind changed. The dealer communicates with Altec to have the device changed into the current oner of the then my vehicle to be. Until today i have been handed over to some debt collection what not that my account in arrears for something i do not even own.
