Sold equipment under false pretenses

I was told when they sold the equipment to me that it was the one with app to be able to track the vehicle. Only after it was installed they said it was not that one and that I could not use the app. After emailing them and trying to call... asking them to pull up the recording... They are not interested and only want their money!! They have handed the account over for collections! Now my perfect record will be tarnished because their inefficiency! Don't, I REPEAT DON'T accept anything sold you you by the Altech call centre!! They just want to make sales and are not interested in the fallout afterwards!!!
