So dissaponted, really wanted to get a tracker but no one cares

So firstly I need a tracking device in my vehicle as an insurance requirements. I've had my vehicle insured for 1 month now and I first tried Matrix. they called me once for the device and then I never heard from them to do the installation. tried to call them and that was an absolute joke. I thought, let me try Altech Netstar because they are more reputable and Im sure they wont give me terrible service like Matrix does. so I got a call for the device, I was very happy with everything and they said they will call me on Monday to come and fit the device.. haven't heard anything.. so I call the call centre and the person I spoke to was not very interested in helping me he had no idea how long it would take and what needs to be done and said I need to call vodafit on ********** 790 for them to come and do the installation, I call the number and no one answers.. now I am furious because this is getting ridiculous now, I don't know if it is a norm for tracking companies to give such ****ty service or what.. but I just need a device installed and no one seems to have any urgency or willingness to assist me. should I move on to the next tracking company, does Altech not want my business???? please contact me urgently
