So called tracking company

Good day all

I received useless service from netstar tracking company so my car was ****** on the 30th December 2020 in fordsburg mint street Jhb Around about 8pm the car was ****** about at 8:12 as I received an SMS that time so it took them 12mins to deactivate my tracker and my early bird, they had the helicopter searching for only 5mins then called me tell me they lost signal in Mayfair instead of searching for the car in Mayfair they sent out cars to Soweto and Debsonville when they could have searched mayfair they only search with an helicopter for 5mins really what makes it worse is I had a early bird alert active how is this possible my car got ****** in 20mins and they can't find it to top it up yesterday I had to call them to find out if they completed there search in Soweto what's happening now I was told they would email me but never received an email.

On the 24th of December I received an panic SMS from the tracker no one checked if all is in order with the car I received another one a day before my car got ****** no call what so ever just and SMS the day my car got ****** they called me which makes it seem like they knew and they are responsible for my car going missing.i still don't understand why on the netstar app the last update for my car show the last tracking place was in Riverlea at 19:20that was before I went to buy food in fordsburg I am very disgusted at the service I received from netstar I think this was faul play someone workin on that night told his friends where I was they then decided to ***** my car with in 10mins I got all the SMS that they didn't respond to yet the day my car got ****** they all of a sudden responded know I was driving a high risk car paying them the money I paid them they need to protect me more I feel if this was an inside job how is it that the person there managed to get this done without an supervisor checking this I could have got hurt with my family but they don't care at all BT87XZGP black polo GT
