Silence over a REFUND all of a sudden.

I had insurance with Oakhurst which came with a Nestar unit. my car was written off and the insurance settled my account with them. But at the end of April, Nestar still decided to debit my bank account. I contacted Asanda Laphi who deals with Nestar at Oakhurst and was promised that the amount will be refunded by Leoni Fourie. It has been a full month, and the money has not been refunded at all. The worst of it all, is that they have went AWOL and quite, no one responds to inquiries made by I and Asanda. This is not right that you are quick to invade our bank accounts through your own oversight and then not want to actually refund your discrepancies.
