Shoprite Pelican Park bad service ......

i had the most worst service in my life went into Shoprite Pelican Park stood in a long line at the tills bought a few things went to my car and forgot 1 item i then went back inside took the item which was a chocolate slab went to the ciggaretts counter to pay for the item when this rude casher says that i cannot pay by her and that i should go stand back in the line to pay for this one item when asking to see the manager lots of excuses is given .....i dont understand i was the other day at fish hoek shoprite but was allowed to pay at the ciggarets counter SHOPRITE PELICAN PARK you should work on client services we the consumers keeps your bussines open so please treat the consumer with the utmost respect they deserve
