Shoddy Service!

I had requested contract cancellation in Sept 2022 & was ignored, my account was then debited past the cancellation date & I am still waiting for my refund. No one at Netstar takes accountability, they do not respond to emails & customer service does not exist. Once you make the mistake of becoming a "customer" you have to beg for service.
