Shocking Service Response from Netstar

I contacted Netstar in Cape Town to remove and fit a new unit in our car, because the old one is consuming the battery power. I waited for a call from retention for almost 24 hours, which I never received. Try to call them instead and waited 1 hour on the phone, to no avail. Eventually gave up and had to hire a car. Don't use Netstar, for a security company, they are totally useless.
