Shocking service
I am very disappointed by the service at Altech netstar .They debited my bank account and it was returned.So on the 4th February I made a payment as per their instruction and used the correct reference number and sent it to [Email Removed] then called to confirm if they have received the payment and they confirmed. To my surprise they debited my account on the 15th February and I incurred bank charges. I will never ever used their service,I am going to cancel and will never refer them to anyone.
