Shocking Serive

My daughters car broke down next to the road at night time. Out of panic she pressed the Altech Netsar panic button. With no response. Nearly an hour later after the tow truck has removed the vehicle I got a phone call from a half asleep call centre operator stating they have just received a panic alert from the car. For a service on which your life depends this is absolutely shocking service.
