Shady contract deal

I am being abused by Netstar and it’s collectors for a contract I cannot even remember or recognize. I bought a a car and my insurance at the time feared a netstar tracking system on my car and I just paid my insurance and everything was fine. I upgraded to a new car and the nonsense device was moved to my new car and again the insurance facilitated everything again. 08 February 2020 I lost my new car in an accident and I informed the authorities including my insurance, Netstar, cartrack and police of the incident. Everything on the car was covered by the insurance but not netstar. Now I have a nightmare daily from Netstar collection company saying I must pay Netstar when I do not even have a vehicle in my position. Warning to all South Africans: do not accept any deal with netstar because netstar is out to rip people. When you buy a new car happiness clouds everything and you end up getting into this situations where a device is fitted in you vehicle because your insurance says it will lower the monthly premiums if your car is tracked.
