SERVICE PROVIDED

I was asked by my insurance company to install tracker in my vehicle as this was one of the Rules. I agreed to their rule and installed tracker on my car. Two weeks later I called tracker only to find out that they could not find my car. So I told them how can they not trace where my car is. Their reply was that because I have a very minimal tracker. So I said what would happen if my car is ****** "how are you able to track where by vehicle is" I did not get an answer. So I then called the insurance company and advised them of this. Their response was to cancel this company and get another company. That should not be the response. The insurance company should have a look into this. I still have the tracker and still paying for it.
