SERVICE NON EXISTENT!

The signal from my tracking device (controlled by the remote) if activated does not send a signal through to Altech Netstar. I have reported this to Altech Netstar Call centre. They confirmed that a technician would come out on the 28th Sept 2015. To-date no one has arrived. HE just did not show up - no calls, NOTHING! <br> I have since called the call centre 3 times to follow up to no avail. I keep getting told that a supervisor will call me back - and no one does. Ive tried to contact the sales person too who sold me the policy - and he just ignores my emails. REALLY SHOCKING SERVICE - makes me wonder what type of a tracking company you really are? I am seriously considering cancelling my subscription!
