Service is horrible and they ***** people

Netstar is so frustrating, I’ve been struggling with this issue for 2years now. They have been debiting money from my account from my car and they are also taking money for the same car from someone where (which is a stranger) how is this not ***** 😡 and I have been calling wanting to solve this issue for 2 years now for them to refund the poor person but they keep promising they will but they haven’t. Now when I called today they linked other car which I don’t know to my account 😡🤬 I’m so tired of Netstar with its *****, I just wanted cancel and they want me to pay for canceling imagen. The service is just horrible
