Service failure swiftly turned to exceptional service

I was very frustrated and ready to log a complaint against Netstar due to delayed response of a query which started on 17/05/2021. I spoke to Lerato Zwane in customer service, she is definitely an epitome of what exceptional customer service is, as she went the extra mile and made necessary calls to ensure my fitment is booked. She then called me later to ensure everything is well. I am still in awe as she got everything resolved swiftly.
